Biography

Alex is the Director of Investments and Financial Analysis. He oversees the management of the operating funds and provides quarterly reports to the Board of Trustees. Alex serves as a liaison to the University’s investment custodian bank, investment managers, and consultants. He leads the Investment Committee and manages the operations related to investments: due diligence, compliance, policy construction, research, etc. He also performs extensive financial analyses on strategic projects. Before joining the University, Alex was a senior valuation advisor in transaction advisory services at EY. Prior to EY, he held several positions in project finance, accounting, and audit in leading financial advisory firms, and served three years in the IDF Communication Corps. He earned a CPA designation in the state of Israel and BA with honors in economics and accounting from the University of Haifa. Alex graduated with an MBA from the Kelley School of Business, Indiana University.
